Non-Custodial Wallet

The Application is a non-custodial digital wallet. Your private keys and seed phrase are generated and stored on your own device (and, if you opt in, in an encrypted backup you control in your personal cloud storage). The Service Provider never has access to your private keys, seed phrase, or funds, and cannot recover them on your behalf.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your seed phrase and device access. Loss of your seed phrase, device, or backup credentials may result in permanent, irreversible loss of access to your funds. The Service Provider is not able to reverse, refund, or restore lost or misdirected transactions.

Eligibility

If you are a minor, you may only use the Application with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf. You represent that you are not located in, or a resident of, any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, and that you are not on any government sanctions or denied-party list.

License and Acceptable Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for your personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to:

• use the Application for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of terrorism;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application, except where permitted by law;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Application or any connected blockchain network; or
• use the Application to interact with smart contracts or decentralized applications ("dApps") that you know or suspect to be fraudulent or malicious.

Third-Party Services and dApps

The Application may let you connect to blockchain networks, third-party dApps, and other services that are not operated by the Service Provider. Your interactions with those networks and services are solely between you and them. The Service Provider does not endorse, control, or assume any responsibility for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party network, dApp, or contract you interact with using the Application.

Transactions and Fees

Blockchain transactions initiated through the Application are irreversible once confirmed on the relevant network. You are responsible for reviewing transaction details, including recipient addresses and amounts, before confirming. Network fees ("gas") are set by the underlying blockchain, not the Service Provider, and are non-refundable.

Assumption of Risk

Using digital assets and blockchain networks carries significant risk, including price volatility, network congestion or failure, smart contract bugs or exploits, regulatory changes, and the total, irreversible loss of assets. Digital assets held in the Application are not covered by any government deposit insurance or protection scheme (such as FDIC or LPS).

You acknowledge these risks and agree that you are solely responsible for evaluating them before using the Application to hold, send, receive, or interact with any digital asset, smart contract, or dApp.

AI Agent and No Financial Advice

The Application includes an AI assistant ("Takumi Agent") that can suggest, prepare, or help execute transactions and DeFi strategies based on your instructions. The Agent's outputs are generated automatically, may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, and are provided for informational and convenience purposes only.

Nothing produced by the Takumi Agent, and nothing else in the Application, constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. The Service Provider is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or fiduciary, and does not act as one in providing the Application.

No transaction is ever submitted without your explicit confirmation. You are solely responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to approve any action the Agent proposes, and for any outcome of doing so.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Service Provider does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of funds, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Application, including losses resulting from lost seed phrases, user error, third-party dApps, or blockchain network failures.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Application or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it. The Service Provider may suspend or discontinue the Application, in whole or in part, at any time. Because the Application is non-custodial, termination does not affect your ability to access your funds through your own seed phrase using compatible third-party wallet software.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of material changes by updating this page. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms of Service are effective as of July 11, 2026.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protection law provides otherwise.

General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Service Provider regarding the Application.

You are responsible for complying with the laws of your own jurisdiction, including any that apply to the use, holding, or taxation of digital assets.
